Museum of the Moving Image

One of the exhibits at the Museum of the Moving Image is a movie in a room full of headphones hanging from the ceiling. I made a few shots in this room, both with and without people, and with the headphones in focus and with the movie in focus. I like this shot best. It has a bit of a melancholy or anticipatory feel to it, what with all of the empty headsets waiting for visitors.
I haven’t been out shooting in a couple of weeks. That will change this weekend, as I intend to go out with friends on Saturday and then be second-shooter at a wedding on Sunday. I can hardly wait, as my shutter finger is beginning to itch something fierce.
