Even during a global pandemic people need to run errands or stop for a bite to eat while walking down the street. I was on my way home after running errands when I came upon these people preparing and waiting for food. This cart is there nearly every day and stays busy. Come to think of it, this would be a great people-watching spot. When the weather is warmer I’ll need to take advantage of that and return.
